All tickets are valid both Saturday and Sunday.

Travel

Ample FREE off street parking for cars and buses. The Tesselaar Gardens (home of the Tesselaar Tulip Festival) are event friendly. Clean public toilets with disabled facilities are available.

The best way to get to the Tesselaar Gardens is to get a group of family and friends together and take a scenic drive through the Dandenong Ranges.

You can make it to the the Tesselaar Gardens in four easy turns (once you are on the Eastern Freeway). This is the most direct route:

  1. Take Eastern Freeway and continue onto the Eastlink Tollway (tolls apply)
  2. Go through the Eastlink Tunnel, exiting to the left at the end of the tunnel onto the Ringwood Bypass
  3. Continue on the Ringwood Bypass - it becomes Mount Dandenong Road which you follow for about 9km.
  4. At the end of Mount Dandenong Road, turn left onto Canturbury Road/Swansea Road.
  5. Continue along Swansea Road and at the second round about, turn right onto York Road.
  6. Follow York Road and at the first roundabout at the top of the big hill in Mt Evelyn turn right into Monbulk Road.
  7. Follow Monbulk Road straight through the next set of traffic lights, all the way to the the Tesselaar Gardens at 357 Monbulk Road Silvan. When you see the Tulip signs, you know you have reach your destination.
